Terms of Service
Last updated September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Viewfield platform and related services (the "Service") provided by Reactor LLC ("Viewfield", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The service
Viewfield is marketing intelligence for positioning and content strategy. It watches your market and your competitors, reads the customer conversations you connect, keeps your positioning current, briefs you on what moved, records the decisions you take, and drafts content in your brand’s voice that you edit and export to use wherever you choose. The Service does not publish or schedule content to third-party channels. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled.
- Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; generate or distribute spam, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or unlawful content; abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its rate limits; attempt to access another customer's data; or use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected third-party platform.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content and materials you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant Viewfield a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to AI providers and to the destinations you connect at your direction. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use and publish it.
Customer data you connect
You may connect third-party sources that contain your customers’ and prospects’ conversations (for example a CRM, a call recording tool or a support desk). With respect to that data you are the controller and we are your processor: we process it only to provide the Service to your workspace, under the scopes you grant, the backfill and retention windows you choose, and the Privacy Policy’s “Customer conversation data” section.
- You represent that you have all consents, notices and lawful bases required to record, store and share those conversations with us, including any consent required to record calls in the jurisdictions of the participants.
- You will not connect a source you are not authorized to connect, and you will disconnect a source promptly if that authorization ends.
- We do not store contact profiles from connected sources, do not quote stored conversation text in generated output by default, and delete connected data when it is deleted at the source, when you disconnect the source, when it exceeds your retention window, or when you ask us to forget a specific person.
- Outcome measurements shown in the Service are statistical associations between your decisions and later observations; they are not attribution and must not be represented as proof of cause.
AI-generated output
The Service uses AI to generate drafts, suggestions, Briefs, positioning proposals and the evidence summaries derived from connected sources. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output provided to others, and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing any content before you use or publish it outside the Service, for any positioning change you accept, and for ensuring both comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions. You authorize us to access and use connected accounts on your behalf to perform the actions you request.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Reactor LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service. We welcome feedback and may use it without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reactor LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reactor LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
